June 26, 2017—RepairPal and TECHNET Professional Automotive Service have announced a partnership that aims to drive higher levels of quality in auto repair.
TECHNET, which offers 9,200 member shops marketing solutions, ongoing training and business resources, will now be able to work with 1,950 RepairPal certified shops. This partnership is now in addition to TECHNET's existing partnership with Bolt On, which provided all involved shops a two-way, real-time shop management integration that helped service advisors and technicians to collect customer and vehicle information, track repair orders, confirm issues and recommendations, build vehicle reports, and schedule future appointments.
RepairPal Certified shops receive new customers from the over 4 million monthly visitors to RepairPal.com, as well as from partners such as USAA, that count on RepairPal to find the right shops to offer to their customers.
The companies recently agreed to work together to provide TECHNET Members easier access to becoming RepairPal Certified.
"TECHNET is a great organization that focuses on helping independent auto repair shops improve and grow their businesses," said Art Shaw, RepairPal CEO. "Among the vast TECHNET membership, there are potentially thousands of shops that qualify to become RepairPal Certified. Our goal is to make it easy for those high quality TECHNET members to understand the value we can provide them."
"RepairPal is becoming a standard-bearer for quality in the auto repair industry," added George Lesniak, director of commercial programs at TECHNET. "Our members receive special opportunities to demonstrate their quality and grow their business with access to RepairPal's leading auto repair site and attractive partners, like USAA."
