May 23, 2017—Ron Haugen, owner of Westside Auto Pros in Des Moines, Iowa, is the latest speaker to join the Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference lineup.
Haugen, an Automotive Management Institute-certified trainer, will deliver two sessions during the conference. The first, “Why Price Doesn’t Matter: The Truth About Labor Rates,” will give attendees insight on the nonexistent labor rate in the industry, how to better meet customers’ expectations and improve efficiency. The second session, “Increase Shop and Technician Efficiency” will provide surefire strategies for getting more cars out the door per day.
The Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference, scheduled from Sept. 24-26 in Chicago, will include educational sessions, deep-dive workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities all aimed at helping shop owners and managers make money, save money and work smarter.
