April 17, 2017—Joe Marconi, Ratchet+Wrench columnist and owner of Osceola Garage, is the latest speaker to be added to the 2017 Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference lineup.
Marconi will deliver two sessions at the conference. “Beating Burnout” will teach shop owners how to recognize, overcome and prevent shop owner burnout. Marconi’s second session, “The True Cost of Comebacks”, will teach shop owners how to avoid this business breaker.
The Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference, scheduled for Sept. 24-26 in Chicago, will include educational sessions, deep-dive workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities all aimed at helping shop owners and managers make money, save money and work smarter.
