Nov. 22, 2013—The Massachusetts legislature completed its work on the latest Right to Repair bill, House Bill 3757, on Wednesday evening. The bill includes heavy-duty service information provisions for vehicles over 14,000 pounds.
An earlier version of the Right to Repair legislation had passed the legislature and had been signed by the Governor. In addition, voters approved a different version of Right to Repair policy in the last election’s referendum process.
