June 21, 2016—OTC announced Monday that it has introduced two new products for technicians: the 4484 Weather Pack Ratcheting Crimper Kit and 3210 OBD II scan tool with brake and steering angle resets.
The ratcheting crimper kit helps technicians manage environmentally sealed connection systems and includes two interchangeable crimping dies. Dies slip into place and are held by magnets. The racheting crimp action creates a more secure crimp.
The scan tool includes CodeConnect, ABS and Airbag coverage with more than 26 million top reported fixes. It is capable of brake service, steering service, oil and battery resets, and BMW brake pad sensor resets. It includes European ABS and manufacturer-specific powertrain coverage, as well as ABS and airbag codes.
