While technicians have come and gone over the years, Shawn and his brother Christoper have been steadyily gaining experience at the shop, according to the article. Shawn took special interest and completed an automotive progra at the local technical college. He later worked in the shop and front office of the shop and is ready to take on ownership.

He told the news outlet that as he took on new responsibilities, he kept his eye on the prize.
