Fisher Auto Parts Acquires Bagnell Auto Supply

Fisher Auto Parts announced its acquisition of Bagnell Auto Supply in a press release Tuesday.

Included are a central warehouse and company headquarters along with Bagnell’s seven Massachusetts locations: Hanover, Marshfield, Quincy, Randolph, Rockland, Stoughton and Weymouth.

“Since 1986 when Tom and Craig Borr purchased the first Bagnell location in Rockland, they have strategically grown the company’s footprint and developed a talented team of experienced store personnel and dependable drivers—all a good fit for Fisher Auto Parts,” said Herb Godschalk, president of Fisher Auto Parts. “We are pleased that Craig will stay on as regional manager to oversee the business and wish Tom all the best in his retirement.”
