Data from the 2022 Ratchet+Wrench Industry Survey revealed that shop owners who participate in peer networking groups report having technicians who perform higher. This could be a result of the open forum nature of small groups and the ability to express workplace challenges and get input from other shop owners who have faced and overcome similar issues
