Shop Performance Survey

Sept. 1, 2015
Our inaugural, in-depth look at the key performance indicators (KPIs) driving shop success nationwide
Key performance indicators (KPIs) are the numbers that define a shop’s success or failure—the metrics that when collected, recorded and analyzed correctly act as the lifeblood of a business, giving tangible and actionable information that helps industry leaders shape the futures of their respective businesses.

In conducting our first-ever Shop Performance Survey sponsored by Management Success!, we set out to identify the numbers that are most critical to your business and provide a snapshot comparison of how the industry currently performs. More than 340 shops from all parts of the country completed the survey.

Not all respondents track KPIs, but the majority does. And as the numbers demonstrate, those that do flourish; those that don’t lag behind.
