Since launching Ratchet+Wrench in 2012, our mission has remained the same: to provide strategies and inspiration for auto care success based on real-world lessons from thriving shops and the sharpest industry professionals. 

Now, we’re taking that mission beyond the printed page, to an even more engaging format that offers a deeper dive into common industry challenges and solutions and an opportunity to network directly with top industry experts and like-minded peers. It’s called the Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference, and it’s set for Sept. 22–24 at the Westin Lombard hotel near Chicago. 

Using top content from Ratchet+Wrench as a guide, this first-of-its-kind event will deliver on the topics that matter to you most as an auto care center operator. From operational insights to leadership tactics to customer service secrets to sales-and-marketing methods—every session will be tailored toward helping you run a more profitable, efficient and productive business.

And the sessions are only one piece of the conference.
