June 12, 2015—Christian Brothers Automotive is implementing autotext.me, a vehicle updates text messaging tool for the repair industry, into participating Christian Brothers Automotive locations.
Autotext.me is a software tool that helps shops keep their customers informed of their vehicle repairs with text message updates.
"autotext.me has greatly improved our ability to proactively communicate with our customers throughout the entire repair process and has replaced 4 to 5 minute customer update phone calls,” said Tommy Keeler, owner of Christian Brothers Automotive in South Tulsa, Okla. “We were able to run our best four weeks ever while being short-staffed in the front office and still communicated well with our customers."
