July 18, 2014—Razoom, an automotive software innovation company, announced earlier this week that it is looking for independent shops in the U.S. to serve as beta testers for its cloud-based shop management solution, which launched in the U.K. earlier this year.
CarVue is a web-based management tool aimed at independent shops that offers access from anywhere with Internet, customizable document templates, communication chains, scheduling and job management. It also comes with access to a database of articles and videos for commonly asked repair questions.
Those who decide to participate in the U.S. CarVue beta test will be given the program at no charge for life.
“Opening up the functionality to our users was essential to us with CarVue,” Alex Knight, Razoom marketing director said. “By gathering and gauging interest in new features from our users, we are able to guarantee that we’re giving the users more of what they want, and providing a future roadmap that ensures CarVue will continue to adapt to the needs of the majority. In addition, we’re putting all of our users on a level playing field: They all have a voice and can have a say in how CarVue works.”
CarVue was launched in the UK on June 23, following testing in multiple beta locations across the country.
