Feb. 29, 2016—Ratchet+Wrench announced industry trainer Chris Chesney as the latest speaker to be revealed for the 2016 Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference.
Chesney has been in the auto care industry for 43 years in a variety of different positions including a shop owner, service advisor, tool distributor and trainer. Today, he is the senior director of customer training at the CARQUEST Technical Institute. Chesney’s passion is to help shop owners, service advisors and technicians be prepared to service their customers before they arrive and to provide them with greater service.
At the conference, he will lead a session on how to make diagnostics a profit center in your business.
