April 3, 2013—Tom Marx, CEO of Marx Group Advisors, will present “Aspects of Buying/Selling a Small Business” at a Production Engine Remanufacturers Association (PERA) webinar on April 17.
The presentation is designed to help small and midsized business owners successfully value their companies. The webinar will also include information on how to maximize the value of a business, how deals are structured and when to seek intermediary support, among other topics.
“Our research has found that 70 percent of all small and midsized businesses never sell after they are put on the market," Marx said in a statement. "Selling a business is not like selling a piece of real estate or any other type of asset."
