Aug. 28, 2013—The Tire Industry Association (TIA) announced Monday that the online version of the Spanish Basic Commercial Tire Service (CTS) and Fleet Tire Service training are now available.
The training consists of 200-level basic programs designed for new hires and employees in need of training mandated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
"Our online university is the perfect solution for companies who want to provide their employees with the best training," said TIA senior vice president of training Kevin Rohlwing. "Now that the Spanish versions of these programs are available online, commercial tire and fleet maintenance companies with Spanish-speaking technicians can take advantage of the tremendous efficiencies and costs of online training."
