June 23, 2016—Snap-on announced Tuesday that it has added a video to its YouTube channel explaining how updating Snap-on diagnostic tools will allow technicians to be more efficient.
“What makes a Snap-on diagnostic tool the best in the business is what goes in it, not only when it’s first purchased, but over the life of the tool,” Mark Schaefer, Snap-on Diagnostics director of marketing, said. “By keeping diagnostic software up-to-date, technicians are not only maximizing their diagnostic tool investment, but guaranteeing it’s always providing the same comprehensive performance as it did on day one.”
Software Upgrade 16.2 provides access to more than 105,000 additional codes, tests, tips and data for vehicles as far back as 1997 as well as new as 2015. Asian and European coverage is also available.
