Mitchell 1 Names 2022 Automotive Technology Outstanding Student

Recent high school graduate Daniel Zielinski will receive a $2,500 scholarship.

Aug. 30, 2022—Mitchell 1 has named Daniel Zielinski as its 2022 outstanding student of the year. 

According to a press release, Zielinski has been honored with the title of Mitchell 1 Automotive Technology Outstanding Student. Zielinski will receive a $2,500 scholarship. This scholarship program is administered with the University of the Aftermarket Foundation. 

Zielinski recently graduated from high school and will attend the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, in the fall. He will enroll in the automotive service technology program at the school. 

Zielinski has multiple ASE certifications and he qualified for the SkillsUSA in 2021 and 2022 while in high school. He won second place in the Top Tech competition at Universal Technical Institute.
