Aug. 10, 2022—Preferred Mechanic has released its Best of Preferred Mechanic annual award winners.
According to a press release, Airpark Auto Pros of Gaithersburg, Maryland, was one of the winners. The shop was named the best in Gaithersburg by Preferred Mechanic. Airpark Auto Pros was also given this distinction in 2021.
For these award designations, Preferred Mechanic uses Artificial Intelligence to sort through reviews and checking those reviews for credibility and consistency. The AI also looks at a shop's licenses, awards, and accreditations as well as taking into account the lack of complaints involved towards the shop or company.
Preferred Mechanic uses these parameters and more to review over 1 million small businesses across the nation. According to the press release, only one-tenth of 1 percent make the final list.

"We are very thankful to our customers for all the reviews, recommendations and referring their friends and family. We sincerely appreciate it.”
