ACA Offering Employee Handbook Development Webinar

The June 16 webinar will focus on helping shop owners create policies and procedures for running an effective shop.

June 9, 2022—The Auto Care Alliance announced through a news release that it will be holding a free training session for members on Thursday, June 16 titled “Developing and Maintaining an Employee Handbook.”

The webinar, led by SESCO Management Consultants, aims to help shop owners develop and maintain an effective employee handbook. The hosts will also focus on answering the following questions:

  • What employees and their families can expect from your organization
  • What your organization expects from its employees

Registration for the 45-minute webinar, which will cover all sections of the employee handbook, can be accessed here. Nonmembers can expect a fee of $29.
