April 8, 2022—Fullbay has acquired Dieselmatic Digital Inc., meaning that they will now have the ability to offer strategic digital marketing services in addition to their commercial vehicle repair shop management software.
According to a press release, Fullbay intends to to retain all the employees for each organization and utilize cross-branding efforts to promote growth beyond this new acquisition.
“We will continue to grow Dieselmatic for our existing customer base, as well as Fullbay’s customer base, and beyond,” said Nick Adams, managing director of Dieselmatic via press release. “This is the new way of marketing a heavy-duty repair shop—by knowing where you spent your money and capitalizing on those channels.”
This acquisition will play to the strengths of each entity. Fullbay will bring its expertise of shop management software and Dieselmatic will bring an understanding of digital marketing strategies and services to the forefront.
