Oct. 19, 2021—The Automotive Management Institute is hosting a free webinar on communication and customer service.
The webinar will be presented twice, first on Tuesday, October 19 from 1-1:30 p.m. ET then again on Wednesday, October 20 from 1-1:30 p.m. ET.
Nancy Friedman, known as the “Telephone Doctor” will lead the webinar.
“Friedman’s presentation will have you laughing and learning throughout the session. Prizes (YES, prizes) and surprises are included as well as a question and answer segment where you get to ask your very own questions that may have been troubling you with callers and customers,” AMi said in a press release.
