Shop Owners Help Offer Student Mock Interviews

April 16, 2021
Senior automotive program students had the opportunity to practice their interview skills with representatives from several auto repair and parts facilities.

April 16, 2021—Students in the automotive program at Lamar Career and Technical School in Lamar, Mo., had the opportunity to participate in mock interviews with several auto repair and parts facilities, KSN reported.

Senior students were interviewed by Bryan Brewer, co-owner of Fast Eddies Hot Rod along with representatives of Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts.

“I think it’s important that they have understanding of what’s going to happen in an interview,” Brewer told the outlet. “One of the things that I kind of preach is soft skills, being on time and things like that. So, I look for that when I interview.”
