March 2, 2021—Tekmetric, a cloud-based shop management system, has launched a smart, cloud-based labor guide that aims to make the process of building estimates easier and give users more accurate and complete labor times in real time, according to a press release.
Unlike most labor guides in the market, the new smart guide will continuously evolve as users add new labor times.
“Users will no longer have to cross-reference labor times,” says Tekmetric co-founder and CEO Sunil Patel. “Service writers can take every step in one place with just a few clicks. We wanted to make the estimate-building workflow even more efficient so that shops can focus on providing top-notch service, winning more business, and increasing their revenue.”
With the new labor guide, Tekmetric users can reference labor times will be able to add new labor times by submitting missing information, allowing the guide to evolve in real time with crowd-sourced intel.
The labor guide will be available to all Tekmetric users starting March 3, 2021.
