The goal is to raise $100,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Jan. 20, 2021—A local auto shop, 20 miles West of Cleveland, is leading the way in a cross-country “Brakes for Kids” fundraising campaign to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Cleveland.com reports.
Cory Evaldi, owner of Olmsted Auto Care in Olmsted Township, OH., along with roughly 40 other shops across the country are offering free brake pads or shoes with any brake repair for customers from Feb. 1 through March 31. The shops are also donating 10 percent of all brake repair work to St. Jude.
The goal is to raise $100,000 collectively, Evaldi said.
