RWMC: Day One Round Up

Sept. 22, 2023
A look at the opening day of the 2023 Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference

Following the opening keynote address by Brian Moak of Heart Certified Auto Care in Illinois, the first day of educational sessions opened for Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference attendees. From 2-4:30 p.m., three sessions running concurrently each hour gave attendees plenty of options based on their needs and interests.

Sessions Wednesday covered topics such as hiring, locating techs, building leadership teams, onboarding, branding, time management, finding your No. 2, and shop ownership.

After the sessions ended, attendees were free to engage in a one-hour happy hour in the foyer, as well as to visit the booths of sponsoring companies which were in close proximity.
