The Automatic Transmission Service Group (ATSG) is launching Jonathan Sherman's Management Training Curriculum: a 10-part webinar series that will provide insight into improving shop sales, management, and marketing, according to a recent press release.
Participants may register for any individual session but are encouraged to enroll for all 10. Registration to any class grants access to the live 45-minute webinar, as well as a 15-minute Q&A, the PowerPoint presentation used during the session, and a recorded copy of the class. ATSG members are eligible for a $100 discount if they sign up for all 10 classes.
The ten classes are divided into three focused segments. The first segment, sales training, will kick off with a session titled “Welcoming & Overcoming Objections,” which will be held both Jan. 31 and Feb. 3. It will be followed by two more sales training sessions: “The Art of Selling Transmissions” and “Getting the Vehicle to the Shop.”
The second segment, shop management, consists of four sessions: “Front Office Process and Procedures,” “Sourcing and Ordering Parts,” “Shop Workflow and Communication,” and “Time Management and Getting that Extra Job Out.”
The training program caps off with the marketing portion, containing three final sessions: “Google Reviews 101,” “PPC and SEO 101,” and “Local Fleet and Outside Sales.”
