Feb. 6, 2024
A president has been named for asTech, with Repairify Global Holdings appointing a new co-CEO.

Repairify has announced additions to its executive leadership team in a recent press release.

Stepping in as president of asTech will be Craig Edmonds, who holds 36 years of experience working in the automotive insurance industry with companies such as Progressive Insurance and Allstate. In Edmonds’ new role, he will oversee the expansion of asTech’s All-In-One technology platforms, build key strategic partnerships, and develop growth strategies.

Cris Hollingsworth has been named as the co-CEO of Repairify Global Holdings, making him responsible for all of Repairify’s global operations, including product development, global shared services, and global growth. He will work towards growing Repairify’s presence in both new and existing markets.

Rick Keister, co-founder of asTech, will serve as co-chariman of the board. As the company moves into the next phase of its plans for growth, Keister expressed confidence in the newly-appointed executive members.

“Cris has been instrumental in establishing Repairify as the industry leader across the automotive ecosystem,” said Keister. “I have no doubt Craig’s wealth of knowledge and experience will further optimize asTech’s platforms and offerings.”
