Webinar Replay: Repair or Replace: Adopting Ethical Standards for Service Advisors and Techs

May 16, 2024
In this webinar replay, Today's Class and AMRA discuss their collaboration, which aims to bring standardization to digital inspections and improve consumer understanding of auto repair recommendations.

On Wednesday, May 14, Dave Boyes, president of Today’s Class, and Jeff Cox, executive director of Automotive Maintenance and Repair Association, held an educational webinar demonstrating how Today’s Class's integration with AMRA Motorist Assurance Program (MAP)’s uniform inspection and communication standards could give automotive employees greater access to more training tools in the palm of their hands. The event was moderated by Ratchet+Wrench Editor-in-Chief Chris Jones.

During the webinar, Boyes and Cox shared information about the core values that align their companies and how coming together to bring two powerful educational tools can help standardize the inspection process within the auto care industry.

The integration demonstration, a tool immediately made available to Today’s Class customers who are also AMRA/MAP members, showed how the partnership will make it easier for service advisors and technicians to quickly use and access MAP’s vast standards resources, especially the Uniform Inspection & Communication Standards (UICS).

Below is a replay of the webinar.
