An upcoming webinar from Mitchell 1 will center on strategies for auto repair shops to market themselves, according to a recent press release.
The free session titled “Accelerate Business Growth with Exceptional Customer Experiences” will broadcast on Oct. 2, led by Marcus Mackell, director of Mitchell 1’s SocialCRM shop marketing services.
Mackell will be joined by Tim Fioroto, COO and co-founder of SureCritic review services; Ric Morin, owner of Motorcar Alternatives; and Alec Bartley, Mitchell 1 marketing support agent.
The webinar will have a focus on the importance of customer reviews, and will go over how to best manage customer reviews with attendees. This will include strategies for recording and replying to reviews, how to create automated review responses, and implementing targeted social media engagement.
