RepairPal and CrashBay Releasing Integrated Platform for Auto Maintenance, Collision Repair
RepairPal and CrashBay have partnered together to integrate their services and connect customers between automotive maintenance providers and collision repair shops, according to a press release.
Bringing together RepairPal’s certified repair network and CrashBay’s digital marketplace, the new, combined platform will provide advanced diagnostics and improved communication tools, such as customers receiving live updates on active repairs.
As part of the partnership, both companies have launched a joint customer loyalty program, and will also be collaborating on creating educational content for vehicle owners to understand automotive maintenance and collision repair.
This combined platform is set to launch in select markets before being fully released across the U.S. and Canada.
