AutoOps Integrates Online Scheduling Tool With BayIQ Shop Rewards Program

Service advisors and managers are now able to see a customer’s available BayIQ reward points from within AutoOps’ scheduling tool.

AutoOps has partnered with BayIQ to integrate its online scheduling tool with BayIQ’s loyalty rewards and automated marketing software, according to a recent press release.

With the partnership, shop service advisors and managers are able to see a customer’s available BayIQ reward points from within AutoOps’ scheduling tool, which is automatically synced with the shop’s point of sale system.

Additionally, customers may also view their available rewards balance when scheduling an appointment online through AutoOps.

“Our goal is to make it as simple as possible for customers to get the service they need,” said AutoOps Co-Founder Steve Fafel. “By integrating rewards into the scheduling experience, we're giving customers an effortless way to get more value from every visit.”
