Shop-Ware has launched a new feature of its shop management platform for managing customer relations and streamlining communications, as shared in a recent press release.
The Customer Relationship Management feature introduces automated service reminders and follow-up messages to engage customers, and can make it easier for shops to remind customers of deferred service or to reconnect with inactive customers. Other automated messages include follow-ups to thank customers for their service or to review requests.
A new email editor has also been rolled out with pre-built templates to help staff put together messages for customers, the ability to offer personalized discounts based on customer history, and data on who opened, clicked, or skipped messages.
