Mitchell 1 Releases ‘Review Insights’ Feature for SocialCRM Shop Marketing Service

Mitchell 1 has released a new feature for its SocialCRM shop marketing services that help auto repair shops compile and summarize online reviews across several platforms.

Per a recent press release, the new Review Insights feature is included with SocialCRM’s premium LocalSearch services. 

Powered by SureCritic verified review services, the SureCritic Review Summary Dashboard compiles reviews from SureCritic, Google, Facebook, and other platforms, and generates key highlights from the last 90 days of feedback. The Review Insights Dashboard will also use advanced AI to highlight what is working well and spotlight areas for improvement in a visual tile format.
