Feb. 10, 2015—The newly-launched Cottman Man Blog features tips to keep a consumer’s car running smoothly and safely, transmission related articles, and profiles on Cottman Transmission and Total Auto Care franchisees throughout the nation, according to a company announcement on Tuesday.
“Interaction with our customers has always been at the core of our customer service philosophy,” Derik Beck, vice president of digital marketing for Cottman, said in a release. “The blog is just another way to provide important information to the public about servicing their vehicle, but on a broader basis using today’s technology.”
Many believe that starting a shop blog can help business, and a well-run and easy to find blog can add immeasurable value to a shop.
Posts will be syndicated on Cottman’s digital assets including the company’s LinkedIn page, Google+ listings, Facebook (both national and local pages), and the local Cottman center websites so customers can find this information across the digital landscape.
Calling it “The Cottman Man Blog” meshes with a branding campaign started last July that puts the Cottman Man at the forefront of the chain’s marketing efforts, the release stated.
