July 7, 2016—The Automotive Service Association (ASA) and AVI announced Wednesday that they have teamed up to offer two days of management and technical training on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas, alongside AAPEX 2016.
The ASA training is geared toward service shop owners, managers and service advisors. All classes are approved by the Automotive Management Institute (AMI) and will earn credit toward the Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation. The fee to attend includes AAPEX registration, and is $150 for members and $200 for non-members. To register or to find more information, go to the AAPEX website.
The AVI training includes topics such as diagnostics, TPMS systems, evaporative emissions systems, cooling systems and more. AVI’s program will include a keynote from Giuliano Zuccato, one of six clay design modelers who crafted the original 1964 Mustang.
