April 8, 2016—The Tire Industry Association (TIA) announced Thursday the date for its Certified Automotive Tire Service (ATS) Advanced Instructor Training Class to take place Dec. 6–9 in La Porte, Texas.
The four-day training event will include classroom and hands-on training for industry professionals to complete and return to train technicians in order to prepare for certification. The training will cover tire service for passenger vehicles and light trucks, including a day of training on tire pressure monitoring systems.
