Jan. 16, 2013—Applications for the 2013 VISION Awards are due Jan. 18.
The awards will be presented during the Celebration of Independents Dinner on March 9 at the VISION Hi-Tech Training and Expo in Overland Park, Kan. The expo, which will run from March 7-10, is hosted by the Automotive Service Association of Missouri and Kansas (ASA MoKan).
Award categories include, Service Facility of the Year, Best Website, Green Star Service Facility, and Humanitarian Award.
“These annual awards spotlight the best in the service industry, while encouraging some friendly competition between the shops,” says Sheri Hamilton, ASA MoKan executive director and VISION conference manager. “In addition, you do not need to be a member of ASA MoKan to participate; the awards are open to any attendee of VISION. We know that the leading service and repair facilities in the U.S. attend VISION each year, and these awards recognize the outstanding efforts of these professionals.”
