July 28, 2015—On Monday, Terry McCormack, CARDONE Industries executive chairman and chief executive officer, announced that he will step down as CEO but will continue as the executive chairman of the board of directors. Stan Gowinsnock was announced CARDONE’S new president and CEO, effective Aug. 3.
"Stan comes into this position with the full support of the Board of Directors as well as the Cardone family," said McCormack. "For the past 3 years, Stan has been a member of our board of directors. With more than 30 years of leadership in the automotive aftermarket, technology and innovation space, he is an ideal selection to ensure our future business strategy aligns with Cardone values, customers, channel partners, and market needs."
Gowisnock formerly served as the president of DST Inc. (a Solera company) and brings extensive experience in family business operations and a solid background in sales and marketing, engineering, and technology. His skills include expertise leading the global development and application of e-commerce, data content management, and distribution management solutions. In his new role with CARDONE, Gowisnock will further develop new product innovation strategy, uphold the company’s profitable growth opportunities for its customers, and sustain excellence in customer satisfaction.
