Jan. 9, 2014—Management Success!, an auto industry consulting firm, announced on Wednesday that its next monthly webinar will take place on Jan. 22.
The company’s webinar series is aimed at educating auto shop owners will visit the topic of key production indicators.
“You must have an accurate system of tracking and monitoring certain numbers across your business relating to marketing, sales, production, quality control, and profits,” said Robert Spitz, senior vice president of business development at Management Success!. “Understanding how these numbers work gives you a gauge of your business. Once you know your starting point, you can learn how to make adjustments to tremendously expand the success and profitability of your shop.”
The webinar series takes place at 4 p.m. on the second to last Wednesday of every month, and is set to be ongoing. Registration is already open for the Jan. 22 course. Interested shop owners can register early online.
