March 28, 2016—AP Exhaust Technologies LLC announced Friday the appointment of its new chief executive officer, Hugh Charvat.

Charvat joints AP Exhaust with more than 25 years experience in the automotive and truck aftermarket and OEM industries. Most recently, he was chairman, president and CEO of Schrader International, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of pressure-related valve and sensing technologies.
