Aug. 10, 2015—Snap-on Incorporated announced on Friday its acquisition of Ecotechnics S.p.A. (“Ecotechnics”). The assets were acquired for approximately $13 million in cash.
Eurotechnics, based in Italy, designs and manufactures automatic vehicle air conditioning maintenance equipment for OEM dealerships and the automotive aftermarket worldwide. Ecotechnics will become a part of Snap-on’s Repair Systems & Information Group.
