October 3, 2018—VL Communications has announced a big milestone for its AB Magic software. The Laval, Quebec-based company has partnered with AutoServe 1 to provide cloud-based digital vehicle inspections to customers of its AB Magic shop management software.
According to VL Communications, mechanics now have access to AutoServe 1, which enables technicians to perform vehicle inspections using mobile devices. Users can shoot video, take pictures and add notes. This helps mechanics explain repairs and build great estimates. One must first subscribe to AutoServe 1 to access the tool.
AB Magic is an “all-in-one” software and the only one to offer MDI (Multiple Document Interface). It has thousands of users across Canada, from Yukon to Nunavut to Halifax,.
