Shop-Ware Integrates with Parts Authority

Shops that source parts from Parts Authority and IMC can now purchase directly through the Shop-Ware platform.

Aug. 12, 2021—Shop-Ware, a leading shop management system, has announced an eCommerce integration with national parts distributor Parts Authority. 

According to the press release, the integration will allow shops that source parts from Parts Authority and IMC to purchase directly through the Shop-Ware platform. 

“Parts Authority has built its business on the combination of operational excellence and personal integrity,” Carolyn Coquillette, founder & CEO of Shop-Ware, said in a statement. “We share the same approach, and so do our network of shops. This integration will bring the value of Parts Authority and IMC directly to our customers’ fingertips.”

Shop-Ware users can order parts from Parts Authority via the inventory page or a repair order. Shop-Ware is the only cloud-based shop management system to offer this integration, according to the press release.
