ASA Automotive Systems and Openbay have partnered to bring AI-powered customer engagement tools. 

Nov. 14, 2019—On Nov. 13,  ASA Automotive and Openbay announced a strategic partnership. Through the partnership, ASA customers using TireMaster services will now have access to the industry’s first artificial intelligence (AI)-powered virtual service advisor—Openbay’s AI-based messaging platform called Openbay Otis. Visitors to ASA customer websites can engage with Openbay Otis for personalized answers to automotive service-related questions, real-time quotes on service work and to book appointments 24x7.
