July 1, 2019—Big Brand Tire and Service recently purchased a 70,000-square-foot industrial building, bringing 50 office workers to Moorpark, Calif., reports the Moorpark Acorn.
The company purchased the property for $10.23 million, complete with renovated interior offices, removal of part of the building’s mezzanine space, and an added truck court and loading dock to the property.
Big Brand Tire and Service plans to move its corporate departments to the new facility over the next six months.
