Dec. 6, 2019—Tesla is reaching out to Roadster owners and promising them a dedicated channel of service with its own service advisors, technicians and repair centers, reported CNBC.
In an email to Roadster owners, Jerome Guillen, Tesla's president of automotive, also invited Roadster owners to trade in their old cars and put the value towards buying a newer-model Tesla, or a reservation for a next-generation Roadster.
Tesla did not immediately respond to CNBC's requests for comments.
