July 14, 2015—On Monday, Big O Tires, LLC and MFA Petroleum Company have announced that its Big O Tires joint venture will be purchased by MFA in a mutually beneficial agreement.
All 14 locations in Missouri and Arkansas will continue to operate as Big O Tires locations under the ownership of MFA. Future locations will also operate under the Big O Tires brand. Two more locations are scheduled to open later this year and additional opportunities are also under consideration.
