PBES to Offer Customer Loyalty Webinar

Nov. 4, 2013—The Paint, Body & Equipment Specialists (PBES), a segment of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association, will host a complimentary webinar on creating customer loyalty on Nov. 19 at 1 p.m. EST.

The webinar will be presented by John Martin, president of Eagle TD. Martin has more than 40 years of experience in the automotive refinish coatings industry.

PBES said the webinar will help shop owners identify the “touch points” customers look for while making a purchase.

There is no fee to attend, but advance registration is required for the webinar.
