TOP 20 Group Hosts Meeting in Montana

Sept. 8, 2015

Sept. 8, 2015—Loren’s Auto Repair (Kalispell, Mont.) hosted a Management Success! General Repair TOP 20 Group meeting on Aug. 29-30.

The discussion, hosted by Loren’s Auto owners Loren and Travis Sallee, gave shop owners the opportunity to discuss concerns and issues they face, and talk about possible solutions.

On Aug. 29, the group began its get-together by sightseeing at Logan Pass, located in Glacier National Park. In the evening, they dined together before beginning the discussion the following day.

During the meeting, the group went over using tablets for inspections and how that is incorporated into shop flow. A shop owner who already uses them gave useful pointers to others on beneficial ways of implementing tablets.

The group also participated in a discussion led by Jim Smith on  profit and loss, and KPI study. Members compared numbers and looked at members who have exceptional performance in various categories, giving everyone ideas on how to improve their bottom-line.
