Mitchell 1 Announces Shop Management Workshop

July 13, 2016

July 13, 2016—Mitchell 1 announced Tuesday that it will hold this year’s final Shop Management Workshop Sept. 29 through Oct. 1 in Atlantic City, N.J., at the Resorts Casino Hotel.

The training will help shop management software users learn more advanced capabilities, shortcuts and new features to help run their businesses more efficiently.

“This advanced training turns existing shop management system customers into power users who get the most out of their software and business,” said John Dwulet, senior product manager for Mitchell 1’s management software solutions. “The sessions will uncover strategies that attendees can use to compete successfully against dealerships, maximize their maintenance and repair opportunities, and enhance their relationships with customers.”

The two day training will focus on best practices to increase users’ functionality with the Mitchell 1 Manager SE and ShopKey Service Writer/Shop Manager SE with emphasis on the 7.0 version of the software. The training will include program setup, inventory, reporting, scheduling, advanced transactions and aftermarket cataloging. There will also be training on the integrated repair information source, ProDemand, and the Mitchell 1 SocailCRM shop marketing service.
